You’ll be expected to:

⚡ Own problems end-to-end

🦀 Build high-performance systems in Rust + TypeScript

🤖 Work with AI agents, LLMs & AI-native tooling

🚀 Ship incredibly quickly using tools like Cursor + Claude Code

🧠 Solve genuinely difficult systems, performance & infrastructure problems

🎯 Shape the product, architecture and engineering culture from the ground up

They’re looking for:

• Exceptional technical ability / top-centile engineering talent (strong academic or competitive programming background)
• Experience with low-level, high-performance or complex systems (C++ or Rust backgrounds ideally)
• Engineers who thrive on autonomy and ambiguity
• Startup, systems, AI tooling or competitive programming experience is a huge plus

They want high-agency engineers who can take a hard problem, figure it out and build the solution.
