DevSecOps Engineer
Build the platform that lets engineering teams move quickly without compromising on security.
We’re looking for a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to take ownership of the platform behind a growing team of software, AI and infrastructure engineers.
You’ll have the freedom to shape the tooling, architecture and technical roadmap, while remaining hands-on and building the systems that make development faster, safer and more reliable.
Where you’ll make an impact
- Take ownership of the internal developer platform
- Shape the DevSecOps roadmap and make key technology decisions
- Build and improve CI/CD and deployment infrastructure
- Create secure, reusable cloud and infrastructure patterns
- Drive Infrastructure as Code, GitOps and automation
- Improve observability, reliability and developer experience
- Embed security throughout the development lifecycle
- Mentor engineers and help grow the platform capability
The experience we’re looking for
- Strong background in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering or SRE
- Experience building developer platforms or sophisticated CI/CD environments
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
- Terraform, OpenTofu or Pulumi
- Python, Go and/or Bash
- Good understanding of modern application and infrastructure security
- An engineering mindset centred around automation, simplicity and reliability
