A finance start-up (80 employees) based in London is hiring a Senior Software Developer to join its expanding branch in Portugal. The company aims to challenge the traditional FinTech industry by providing lending services to customers across retail, online, and financial organisations. With a new CTO from a well-known online retailer, the company has big plans for the future.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work with the senior team and product managers in a cross-functional environment, building solutions and contributing to the company's mission.
The ideal Senior Software Engineer candidate will have:
- Strong PHP & Laravel software development background
- Exposure to Microservices architecture and API development
- Experience using modern development techniques such as TDD, BDD, and Agile approaches
