As they scale, they're looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to play a key role in designing, building, and deploying next-generation AI systems. What You'll Do

• Design and deploy production-grade AI and agentic systems.
• Own projects end-to-end, from ideation through deployment and iteration.
• Build evaluation frameworks that measure model performance, reliability, and business impact.
• Develop integrations between AI systems, internal tools, and customer environments.
• Partner closely with product and engineering teams to identify and deliver high-value use cases.
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and robustness in production.
• Help shape best practices and technical standards for applied AI across the organisation.

What We're Looking For

• Experience building and shipping machine learning or LLM-powered products.
• Strong understanding of agents, retrieval systems, orchestration, and tool use.
• Experience developing evaluation, testing, or benchmarking frameworks.
• Excellent Python engineering skills.
• Ability to take ownership and thrive in fast-moving startup environments.
• Product-focused mindset with a passion for solving customer problems.
