What You'll Be Doing:

• Building and deploying machine learning solutions and AI-powered products in production environments.
• Developing cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Training, fine-tuning, and optimising machine learning models for real-world use cases.
• Driving observability, monitoring, and incident resolution to ensure reliable AI systems.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, MLOps, or AI-focused Software Engineering.
• Strong Python development skills with experience delivering production-quality software.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud infrastructure.
• Experience working with LLMs, model training, fine-tuning, or NLP applications.
• Familiarity with modern AI tooling such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar technologies.
