Senior Java Software Engineer

We are searching for a Senior Back-end Engineer to play a key role in building and maintaining the core of this cutting-edge AI platform.

As a Senior Java Engineer, you will:

• Work extensively within the product squad (Threat/Market Intelligence).
• Be a key figure within the core platform team.
• Design and develop Java and Python-based web applications.
• Drive new features and improvements with minimal guidance.
• Occasionally provide customer support.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Over 5 years of experience developing Java applications and JSON APIs.
• Experience working with distributed systems (PostgreSQL, Kafka, Cassandra, etc.).
• Comfort with participating in regular code reviews (Git/GitHub).
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Previous experience working in a start-up environment.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of ML-related tools such as Flask, FastAPI, Redis, Poetry, and more.
