Product Manager - Tech4Good FinTech

Salary up to £75k + benefits

Hybrid - 3 days in office & 2 days - London

We're looking for a Product Manager to spearhead product; re-define the vision, strategy and roadmap, whilst working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will be instrumental in building and implementing the direction of Product moving forward.

You will be responsible for:

Strategy - building the overall vision for the digital banking product, collaborating with stakeholders and aligning with the companies goals and customer needs

Scoping - working with stakeholders including Developers, Marketing & UX/UI Designers, to gather product requirements

Development - managing end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to conception whilst meeting launch milestones

User Experience - prioritising user-centric design principles and working alongside UX/UI designers to create streamlined user experiences

Communication - provide regular updates on progress, developments and results to key stakeholders , leadership and cross functional teams.

Identify - potential opportunities and risks - problem solving and finding solutions

You will need the following experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or a numerate degree

3+ years as a Product Manager in the FinTech or Banking space

Thorough understanding of digital banking platforms, mobile banking, payments etc

Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and allocate resource

Data driven - experience using analytical tools to make informed decisions

Agile methodologies - Scrum & Kanban
