As a Principal AI/ML Engineer, are you ready to pioneer the future of GenAI technology?

You'll have the opportunity to work on the forefront of GenAI technology, strategizing, building, driving innovation and shaping the future of automation solutions.

As a Principal AI Engineer, your responsibilities will include developing and managing GenAI capabilities, shaping its evolution and integrating cutting-edge capabilities into standard processes.

You'll be collaborating with distributed teams across the organisation will be key as you assist in the adoption of AI/ML capabilities and actively participate in coding, development, governance, and maintenance.

You'll design and implement solutions to automate manual IT and business processes, while continuously improving our software development practices using CI/CD techniques.

We'd love to see:

• Proficiency in developing ML models with Python or TensorFlow
• Familiarity with NLP and AI technologies, including LLMs
• Experience building robust data pipelines
• Experienced with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, TDD, SDLC
• Cloud experience - Azure or GCP

Salary up to £85,000 + benefits

This is a hybrid working position with offices in Woking.
