We are seeking a Mainframe Engineer to join a global health services leader serving over 180 million customer relationships. As a Lead Mainframe Engineer you will configure, maintain, upgrade, and support mainframe infrastructure in multi region, working with multi-vendor hardware and software. You will collaborate with teams to solve problems, manage performance, and implement requirements. Additionally, you will create REXX procedures, ensure connectivity between applications, and maintain system documentation.

We are seeking Mainframe Engineer with:

• Proven professional experience working with mainframe systems and technology with proven expertise building & supporting mainframe environments
• Experience with z/VSE and z/VM operating systems
• Problem solving and analytical skills

Salary: up to £65,000 and additional benefits.

Location: Fully remote within UK (official office around Glasgow area)
