What you’ll be doing

• Deploying software directly into customer and field environments
• Working closely with end users to solve real operational challenges
• Writing integration code connecting data systems, sensors, workflows, and autonomous platforms
• Collaborating across AI/ML, robotics, networking, and engineering teams
• Feeding real-world deployment insights back into core product engineering
• Supporting testing, troubleshooting, and iteration in live environments

The technical challenges

• Building software that operates outside controlled lab conditions
• Working hands-on with robotics, autonomy, sensors, and distributed systems
• Solving complex integration problems in unfamiliar and fast-changing environments
• Delivering features that directly impact mission-critical systems
• Owning deployments end-to-end with high autonomy from day one

What they’re looking for

• Strong software engineering skills in languages such as Python, C++, Java, Rust, or TypeScript/JavaScript
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers/users
• Comfortable travelling regularly and working on-site when needed
• Engineers who enjoy fast-paced, hands-on problem-solving in the real world
