🧠 What you’ll do
- Own live system reliability for deployed AI agents
- Triage + resolve production issues across the stack
- Update and optimise customer workflows + automations
- Run incident response + post-mortems
- Improve internal tooling, runbooks, and self-service systems
- Operate and tune the AI decision engine to improve accuracy
⚙️ The interesting bits
- Working with real-world AI systems in production (not just models)
- Debugging across distributed systems, workflows, and integrations
- Improving automation accuracy via decision engines
- Building tooling that scales AI operations across customers
- Mix of reactive (incidents) + proactive (system improvements)
🎯 What they want
