💡 The role:
Hands-on, delivery-focused — sitting between software engineering, AI tooling, and real-world deployment.
You’ll implement and launch AI agents into production, focusing on integration, automation, and impact (not model training).
🧠 What you’ll do
- Deploy AI agents into live customer environments
- Integrate with APIs, backend systems, and workflows
- Automate processes using LLMs + agent frameworks
- Debug and optimise based on real-world usage
- Improve internal tooling and delivery frameworks
⚙️ The interesting bits
- Building production-ready AI systems, not prototypes
- Working with LLMs, orchestration tools, and agent frameworks
- Solving messy integration + automation challenges
- Shipping fast in a high-iteration environment
