James joined the Understanding Recruitment Group in early 2023, following a successful two-year tenure at Storm4, where he served as a founding member and achieved the status of Global Top Biller, focusing on the GreenTech sector. After six months with the Understanding Recruitment team, James naturally gravitated back to his passion for the GreenTech sector. He is now spearheading the launch of the Futerra brand, facilitating connections between senior and C-level talent in Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering and innovative GreenTech companies. Beyond his work in GreenTech recruitment, James enjoys socializing on weekends, watching football, and hitting the gym.
