Charley joined our internal recruitment team in 2022 after graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Business Management and HR from Nottingham Trent University. She specialises in hiring ambitious Graduate and Trainee talent that wants to join the Understanding Recruitment team. 

Charley's favourite thing about her role is the team around her as they have made entering the world of work so much more enjoyable with their overwhelming support.

A little-known fact about Charley is that she Borneo for a month without technology and did a 5-day trek through the jungle!
