What you'll be doing

• Building AI-powered products used by customers across a range of industries
• Designing scalable backend services and distributed systems
• Working closely with ML engineers to bring AI capabilities into production
• Improving platform reliability, tooling and the developer experience
• Influencing technical direction, architecture and engineering standards

• Strong commercial experience building backend systems with Python
• A track record of delivering high-quality production software
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes
• A passion for clean, maintainable and well-tested code
