What We're Looking For:

Essential

• Expert-level Python development experience
• Experience building and shipping production software products
• Strong understanding of modern AI-assisted and agentic development workflows
• Deep experience with containerised microservices and Kubernetes
• Strong software design, architecture, and engineering best practices
• Passion for hands-on coding and technical problem solving

Nice to Have

• Startup or scale-up experience
• Exposure to Data Engineering, MLOps, or Platform Engineering
• Experience with AI development tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot)
• AWS experience
