Senior Machine Learning Engineer
We're partnering with a fast-growing AI startup building intelligent systems that help enterprise teams automate complex software workflows.
Their platform combines LLMs, agents, and evaluation frameworks to solve real-world problems at scale. As they continue to expand, they're looking for an experienced ML Engineer to help design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems that deliver measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
- Design and build production-ready AI and agentic systems
- Own projects from concept through deployment and iteration
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure performance, reliability, and business outcomes
- Build integrations between AI systems, internal platforms, and customer environments
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact opportunities
- Improve model performance, reliability, and scalability in production
- Help define best practices for applied AI engineering across the company
What We're Looking For
- Experience building and deploying machine learning or LLM-powered systems
- Strong understanding of agentic workflows, tool use, retrieval, and orchestration
- Experience designing evaluation, testing, or benchmarking frameworks
- Strong Python engineering skills
- Ability to take ownership and operate effectively in fast-moving environments
- Product-minded approach with a focus on delivering customer value
