Software Engineer
I’m currently partnering with a well-funded, early-stage AI company building a completely new approach to growth and performance marketing.
This team is developing an autonomous decision engine that applies the rigour of quantitative trading to optimise large-scale spend, already delivering significant efficiency gains for global brands and operating with a clear path to managing billions in spend.
As part of a small, high-calibre engineering team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping both product and platform from an early stage.
💻 The Role
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will:
- Build and scale core product features across the platform
- Develop systems that power real-time decisioning and execution
- Work closely with ML and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end functionality
- Take ownership from concept → production in a fast-paced environment
⚙️ What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience building production-grade full-stack systems
- Proficiency across modern web technologies (e.g. TypeScript, React, backend frameworks)
- A systems mindset – you think in platforms, not one-off features
- Ability to operate with high autonomy and velocity
