We're partnering with a venture-backed deep-tech startup using AI to tackle complex, real-world challenges in a critical global industry. As their Founding MLOps Engineer, you'll build the infrastructure that takes world-class ML research into production.
Working alongside exceptional ML researchers and software engineers, you'll shape the company's ML platform from the ground up.
What You'll Do 🛠️
- Build scalable ML training and inference pipelines
- Design cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows
- Develop robust data pipelines and tooling for ML teams
- Improve reproducibility, model governance and observability
- Shape the long-term architecture of the ML platform
What You'll Bring 💡
- Strong Python engineering skills
- Commercial experience in MLOps, ML Platform Engineering or Data Engineering supporting production ML systems
- Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
- A track record of building scalable infrastructure and automation
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in an early-stage, high-ownership environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with geospatial data or scientific computing
- Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code
- Model governance, monitoring or ML lifecycle tooling
