Machine Learning Engineer - Forward Deployed

We’re partnered with a high-growth AI company (approaching Series B) building production-grade virtual agents used by enterprise customers. As adoption has accelerated, they’ve built out specialised deployment teams focused on getting real AI systems live — fast.

What You’ll Do:

• Deploy AI agents into production across enterprise environments
• Integrate with APIs, backend systems, and customer workflows
• Build automation using modern AI tooling (LLMs, orchestration frameworks)
• Work closely with product, platform, and customer teams to deliver solutions
• Iterate quickly based on real-world usage and feedback
• Improve internal tooling and deployment processes as you go

What They’re Looking For:

Core Engineering

• Strong coding skills (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar)
• Experience shipping and maintaining production systems
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and backend services

Mindset

• You care about building things that actually get used
• You’re excited about applying AI in practical settings (not just theory)
• You move quickly, automate where possible, and focus on outcomes
• You’re comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs, agents, or AI tooling
• Cloud / modern deployment experience
• Background in solutions engineering or customer-facing technical roles
