I'm partnering with an ambitious, well-funded technology start-up looking for an exceptional Lead Software Engineer to tackle complex engineering challenges and shape the technical direction of critical systems.
This isn't a traditional management role. You'll remain deeply hands-on, leading through technical expertise rather than headcount.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent software engineering fundamentals and system design expertise.
- Strong experience in C++, Rust, Java, Python or TypeScript.
- Proven ability to design, build and scale complex production systems.
- Experience driving architecture, technical decisions and engineering standards.
- A passion for solving difficult problems and taking genuine ownership.
