Are you an experienced Product leader looking for the opportunity to shape the future of an established SaaS platform?
We're partnering with a growing software business that's investing heavily in Product, UX and AI as it enters its next phase of growth. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll define product strategy, build and develop a high-performing Product function, and work closely with Engineering and senior leadership to deliver products that solve real customer problems.
What you'll be doing:
✅ Define and execute a multi-year product strategy across a portfolio of SaaS products.
✅ Lead and mentor Product Managers, Product Owners and User Research & Design teams.
✅ Drive customer-led product discovery through research, experimentation and data.
✅ Own product roadmaps, prioritisation and portfolio governance.
✅ Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to deliver commercial success.
✅ Champion the responsible adoption of AI to enhance customer workflows.
What we're looking for:
- Significant experience leading Product Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- A proven track record of building product strategy and leading high-performing Product teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and exceptional stakeholder management.
- Experience working closely with Agile software engineering teams.
- A passion for evidence-led product development and creating products customers genuinely love.
