💰 Salary: £80k - £120k + equity
📍 Location: Onsite in London
We are super excited to have partnered with a pre-seed funded startup who are building Agentic AI systems to transform the productivity of workers and businesses worldwide.
They are looking for a Founding Engineer with a strong product mindset, an appetite to learn, and an ambitious drive to join their team, founded by engineers from the likes of Palantir and Citadel.
This can be anyone from Graduate level through to 4+ years experience.
As a Founding Engineer in this exciting early-stage startup, you will wear many hats:
- Backend (Python)
- Frontend (Typescript, React)
- Product mindset
- Strong use of AI and LLMs (experience with Cursor/Copilot)
- Architectural decisions and trade-offs
- User feedback
- Full SDLC
They are looking for software / product engineers who are:
- Smart and hungry to learn and grow
- Hard-working – end-to-end ownership, fast iteration
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Resilient and adaptable
- Bonus: startup experience, founding experience, YC experience
