A well-funded start up who are revolutionising financial modelling and data insights for the real estate industry are looking for a VP of Engineering to join their team.
What will you be doing?
- Lead and scale a team of 7 engineers across backend, frontend, and AI
- Define technical strategy and architecture for a rapidly growing platform
- Partner with Product and Design teams to deliver high-impact features
- Build engineering culture, processes, and operational excellence
- Own delivery of complex financial and AI-driven products
- Shape the technical roadmap while mentoring engineers at all levels
What are we looking for?
- Proven track record leading engineering teams in high-growth environments
- Strong technical expertise: Python, React, AWS, databases, system design
- Balance of strategic vision and hands-on architectural guidance
- Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
- Experience translating business goals into technical execution
- Bonus: PropTech, FinTech, or AI/data-heavy domain experience
