🌱 The Opportunity
We’re transitioning from a highly service-led model to a scalable, product-led business — and we need a Support Engineer to help make that happen.
You’ll be the driving force behind a seamless customer experience — owning operational support for our existing customers and becoming their go-to technical expert. Your impact will be immediate and visible: by taking the lead on support, you’ll free up senior engineers to push the boundaries of what they build next.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Maintain and troubleshoot production systems (primarily Python)
- Resolve cloud-based operational issues
- Contribute to internal tooling and automation
- Improve support processes and scalability
- Be on-call (roughly every 6 weeks)
🧠What We’re Looking For
- Mid-level software engineer (a few years’ experience)
- Strong Python skills
- Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Go experience (nice to have)
- Workflow/orchestration knowledge (bonus)
- Fast learner with strong ownership
