Solutions Engineer


Role Overview

We’re looking for a technical, customer-facing engineer who can guide customers from first evaluation to production. You’ll scope architectures, lead demos and POCs, troubleshoot integrations, and feed insights directly into product and engineering. This is a high-ownership role sitting close to the founders, blending pre-sales, post-sales, and forward-deployed engineering.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead technical discovery, architecture scoping, demos, and POCs
  • Build tools/scripts to streamline deployments
  • Troubleshoot integration, performance, and infrastructure issues
  • Optimise latency, throughput, and resource use with customers
  • Work with founders on GTM and technical strategy
  • Bring customer insights back into the roadmap


Must Haves

  • 2+ years in solutions/forward-deployed/technical customer-facing roles
  • 3+ years of full-stack or backend engineering (APIs, developer products)
  • Startup experience
  • Strong debugging skills and production instincts
  • Ability to manage several active customer projects
  • Strong communication with technical + non-technical stakeholders


Nice to Haves

  • Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, OCR, or document understanding
  • Enterprise security exposure (SSO, SOC2, IAM)
  • Comfortable writing technical content or leading webinars
  • Experience with data pipelines, PDF parsing, or integrations
