Engineering Manager – Frontend team (SaaS Platform) 🚀
💰 Salary: Up to $220K (depending on experience) + equity + benefits

Lead the frontend engineering strategy for a globally used SaaS platform!
This is an opportunity for an Engineering Manager (Frontend) to join a high-growth, product-led SaaS company building complex, enterprise-grade applications used by customers worldwide.
You’ll lead a distributed Frontend team, driving architecture, delivery and engineering quality across a modern web platform while working closely with product, design and backend teams.

🚀 What you’ll be doing
- Lead and grow a team of frontend engineers in a fully remote environment
- Own the frontend architecture across a complex, enterprise SaaS platform
- Drive best practices around performance, scalability, testing, and code quality
- Partner with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver new features end-to-end Coach and mentor engineers, supporting career growth and technical development
- Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning
- Help scale engineering processes across a globally distributed team
💻 Tech Environment
Modern JavaScript / TypeScript, React.js, large-scale SPA architecture, cloud-based SaaS platforms, CI/CD, automated testing, distributed systems, Agile delivery.

- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead in frontend-focused teams
- Strong background in modern frontend development (React / TypeScript / SPA frameworks)
- Experience working on large-scale SaaS or enterprise web applications
- Track record of leading remote or distributed engineering teams
- Strong architectural understanding of scalable frontend systems
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and design
