Senior Software Engineer – Rust | Global Crypto Platform | Fully Remote
A pioneering global crypto platform — trusted by over 10 million users — is expanding its engineering team. We’re looking for an experienced Rust Engineer to help design and build secure, scalable, and high-performance trading systems used by individuals, institutions, and traders worldwide.

What You’ll Do
- Design and implement robust Rust services and libraries that power a global trading ecosystem.
- Collaborate across teams — Product, Design, Frontend — to ship seamless, user-focused features.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code that scales elegantly.
- Contribute to large-scale distributed systems architecture and improve system reliability.
- Mentor other engineers and help shape the team’s technical culture.
The ideal candidate will:
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Rust, especially in building network services or asynchronous systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, RPC protocols, Kafka, and event-driven architectures.
- A security-first mindset and the ability to debug issues across OS, network, and application layers.
- Proven experience designing, owning, and delivering end-to-end systems.
