I'm working with a large utilities client seeking an experienced Service Transition Project Manager to work on a very exciting programme to transition the companies MSP provider.
The Service Transition Project Manager will need to be extremely organised, be comfortable communicating with offshore suppliers, comfortable having difficult conversations and holding internal and external teams accountable. You will support the programme manager by creating reporting packs and supporting on feeding back to senior stakeholders.
Skills required for the Service Transition Project Manager role:
- Proven experience within a service transition(ideally managed service) project
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience - internal and external/offshore teams
- Confident PM that can build credibility quickly
