The mission
Build the end-to-end recruiting marketplace that makes hiring faster, more reliable, and more scalable. This platform combines a high-signal recruiter network with AI agents, using a uniquely valuable dataset to improve matching and outcomes.
The business is at $80m ARR, with a Series B announcement planned for February 2026. The current product has been built by a team of ~10 engineers, and now they’re scaling both the team and the foundation.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end development across the marketplace experience (frontend + backend)
- Build the product and platform foundations needed to scale a rapidly growing business and engineering org
- Ship AI-powered features that materially improve marketplace liquidity, matching quality, and recruiter productivity
- Design and iterate on marketplace mechanics, incentives, and workflow automation that drive real outcomes
- Work closely with product, design, and leadership in-person, shipping fast with high ownership
What you will bring
They’re hiring exceptional full-stack, product-minded engineers across three archetypes:
1) Product-Focused Full-Stack Builders
- High-agency, ship end-to-end, strong product intuition, quality-minded execution
2) Senior/Staff Full-Stack Engineers
- Built complex systems, led larger projects, acted as a multiplier for other engineers
3) AI/LLM Product Engineers
- Shipped real LLM-powered product features, know how to make AI reliable, useful, and measurable in production
Across all profiles, you’ll likely have:
- Strong fundamentals and pragmatic engineering judgement
- Full-stack experience with modern web stacks (TypeScript + React + Next.js style tooling)
- Comfort owning production systems (debugging, performance, reliability, fast iteration)
- Bonus: marketplace experience, workflow tools, internal tooling, or AI product surfaces
