Senior DevOps Engineer - Series A GenAI Security Scale-up 🔐
💰 Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 (DOE) + equity + benefits
📍 Hybrid: 1-3 days/week in Central London office (flexible)
A Series A, high-growth cybersecurity scale-up (~40 employees) is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their mission of helping companies adopt Generative AI safely and securely. They are building a developer-first platform that enables data protection without complexity - redefining security for the GenAI era.
This is a rare chance to join at a pivotal time as they scale their infrastructure across regions, including a full US AWS deployment. You'll be joining a small but highly capable engineering team where your impact will be significant from day one.
⭐ They are looking for a DevOps Engineer with the following:
- Senior hands-on DevOps experience
- Strong AWS expertise including ECS, auto-scaling and multi-region architecture
- Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Experience with secrets management and developer tooling (e.g. GitLab CI/CD)
- Background in fast-paced environments - scale-ups or consultancies preferred
- Nice to have: Kubernetes experience and a developer background
💻 Tech: AWS, Terraform, ECS, GitLab, Secrets Management, Kubernetes (bonus)
