As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll design, build, and deploy algorithms that power next-generation biomedical discovery. You’ll take projects end-to-end — from concept to production — applying deep learning, probabilistic modelling, and dynamic programming to real-world biological data.

What you’ll do

• Build and deploy advanced models for time-series and sequential data
• Define and drive the modelling strategy across key projects
• Design scalable data pipelines and ensure reproducibility
• Mentor junior scientists and uphold best practices in ML research

What you bring

• Strong Python skills (NumPy, PyTorch/TensorFlow, pandas, SciPy)
• Experience with sequence modelling — RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers
• Solid grounding in probabilistic modelling (Bayesian methods, HMMs, graphical models)
• MSc/PhD in Maths, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on ML experience — research or production
• Systematic thinker who thrives in small, technical teams and owns work end-to-end
