What You'll Do
Design and optimize low-latency distributed systems in a blockchain environment
Own critical components of core infrastructure from day one
Solve complex technical challenges with a high degree of autonomy
Collaborate closely with founders on high-impact projects
Ideal Candidate
Strong background in computer science, math, or engineering (degree preferred)
Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized systems
Experience with low-latency systems or algorithmic optimization (a plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset - thrives in fast-moving, ownership-driven environments
Based in or willing to relocate to London
