Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant - M&A Programme
Duration: 3-6 months
Day Rate: £800 Inside IR35
Location: Warwick / Stevenage
We're seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant to support the migration of c.150 employees into a payroll system, with a July go-live deadline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement payroll build based on pre-scoped design
- Manage data extraction, HDL loads and reconciliation
- Configure payroll elements, balances and Fast Formulas
- Run payroll comparison testing and parallel runs
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Work independently while collaborating with Architect & Product Owner
Required Experience:
- Strong Oracle Cloud Payroll experience
- Proven payroll migration / parallel run experience
- Hands-on HCM Extracts & HDL
- Ability to troubleshoot payroll calculations
- Confident working autonomously in a large organisation
*Oracle Cloud Payroll certification and multi-country experience are advantageous*
