We’re partnering with an emerging AI startup at the intersection of machine learning and systems optimisation, helping them find a hands-on AI/ML Engineer to build, scale, and optimise real-world AI systems.
What you’ll do:
- Develop, deploy, and optimize AI solutions for production use
- Curate large datasets and improve model performance
- Integrate, monitor, and maintain AI workloads in live environments
- Collaborate across engineering to ensure reliability, scalability, and impact
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in systems for AI/ML — from model development to optimization
- Proficiency in Python, plus exposure to TypeScript or Go
- Deep knowledge of PyTorch, Transformers, CUDA, Docker/Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP/Azure
- Problem-solver with strong communication and collaboration skills
Bonus points for:
- Scaling AI systems to multi-GPU environments
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, or infrastructure-as-code
- Experience in fast-paced startup settings
