🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team of SDETs, including recruitment and onboarding
- Mentor junior and senior SDETs to grow their technical and testing capabilities
- Drive test automation strategies and team planning for complex software systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally to document and maintain scalable automation frameworks
- Advocate Agile best practices throughout the development lifecycle
- Provide training sessions on automation tools, frameworks, and testing methodologies
💻 Technical Requirements:
- Strong coding skills in Java
- Hands-on experience with:
- Selenium WebDriver for UI automation
- JMeter for performance testing
- RESTful APIs testing
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
