We’re seeking a data science leader with strong biological or biomedical expertise to guide a world-class team applying AI to complex life sciences data.

You’ll work at the intersection of data science, biology, and engineering, translating complex biological questions into scalable AI solutions that advance biomedical research.

What You’ll Do

• Define and lead the company’s data science strategy across biomedical and life sciences initiatives
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and bioinformaticians
• Develop scalable data pipelines and deploy ML models across diverse biomedical datasets (genomics, proteomics, imaging, clinical data, etc.)
• Ensure scientific integrity, reproducibility, and validation across research and production environments
• Collaborate with biologists, clinicians, and commercial teams to identify high-impact AI applications
• Represent the company at scientific and AI conferences to drive thought leadership in biomedical AI
