💻 Senior Full Stack Engineer – PropTech / FinTech

📍 London (Hybrid, 2–3 days/week) | 💰 Up to £90k + Equity

We’re helping a fast-growing proptech startup scale its platform that transforms complex property and financial data into actionable insights. The platform powers critical investment decisions and is used by leading property professionals across the UK and EU.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale the core platform. You’ll work across the stack, delivering features that have a direct impact on users, and play a key part in shaping the technical direction of the product.

What You’ll Do

• Develop backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines to process complex financial and property data
• Build responsive, intuitive front-end interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team practices and architecture
• Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and secure, with high performance for a growing user base

What We’re Looking For

• Significant full-stack development experience
• Strong backend skills (Python preferred) and experience with front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular
• Comfortable with databases, cloud platforms, and containerization (e.g., Docker)
• Proven ability to deliver complex features end-to-end
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and user-focused
• Bonus: experience in fintech, proptech, or working in a startup environment
