A venture-backed, seed-stage AI company is seeking Founding Engineers to help build and scale the next generation of enterprise software.
The business is applying advances in AI, automation and software engineering to transform complex operational workflows that have historically relied on fragmented systems and significant manual effort.
Having achieved exceptional early commercial traction, the company is continuing to expand its engineering team as it enters the next stage of growth.
Responsibilities include:
• Building AI-powered products used by enterprise customers in production environments
• Designing and deploying agent-based workflows and LLM-powered systems
• Working with retrieval systems, semantic search and modern AI tooling
• Building customer-facing applications, backend services and supporting infrastructure
• Taking ideas from concept through to deployment and iteration
Engineers are expected to operate with a high degree of ownership, working across product, AI systems, infrastructure and customer-facing challenges rather than within a narrowly defined role.
The team is interested in candidates from applied AI companies, trading, top technology firms, elite startups and other high-performance engineering environments, as well as individuals who have demonstrated exceptional ability through founding, building or scaling products from an early stage.
