This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI tooling, and automation. It’s well suited to engineers who enjoy building real-world systems, want hands-on exposure to modern AI-driven development, and care more about shipping impactful solutions than pure research.

The Role

As an AI Implementation Engineer, you’ll be responsible for implementing, configuring, and deploying AI-powered virtual agents into customer environments. You’ll work with established frameworks and internal tooling, with a focus on integration, automation, and delivery rather than training core models from scratch.

You’ll join a fast-moving implementation team that shares best practices, iterates quickly, and continuously improves how AI solutions are delivered at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy AI-driven virtual agents into production environments
• Integrate AI systems with customer software, APIs, and existing workflows
• Automate processes using a combination of software engineering and AI tools
• Collaborate closely with product, platform, and customer-facing teams
• Leverage modern AI tooling (LLMs, agent frameworks, orchestration tools) to accelerate delivery
• Contribute to improving internal implementation frameworks and delivery processes
• Debug, optimise, and iterate on deployed solutions based on real-world usage

What We’re Looking For

Core Experience

• Strong software engineering background (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar)
• Experience building and deploying production systems
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and backend services
