FIX Support Analyst
We are currently working with an International Financial software company, who are looking for a FIX Support Analyst to join their ever-expanding integration team. This exciting business is an industry leader within the multi-asset cloud FX exchange solutions space. It is vital to have Unix experience while also having an understanding of Programming / Scripting.
As a FIX Support Analyst, you will be tasked with providing level 2 support to client's across the globe. Identifying steps to reproduce issues and replicate them by replaying FIX messages and VM's and liaising with clients for root cause analysis providing appropriate solutions.
Skills required for the FIX Support Analyst:
- Knowledge of Unix
- The fruitful world of FX trading
- FIX API's and Protocols
- Providing business workflows and technical solutions.
