Are you a hands-on Engineering Manager with a strong infrastructure background?
Looking to lead a very senior team while staying deeply technical across Linux bare-metal / on-prem systems?
A Series B, remote-first European DevTool company is scaling a high-throughput platform used by thousands of developers globally and is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead their infrastructure function.
Their product helps engineering teams build reliable software by unifying testing, monitoring and observability, giving teams full visibility into production.
Your role 👇
✅ Lead a very senior infra team - focus on alignment, coordination and execution
✅ Heavily hands-on - significant individual contribution expected
✅ Same technical depth as a Senior/Staff Infra Engineer, with leadership responsibility
✅ Work across Linux, bare metal/on-prem, networking and system debugging
✅ Backend work in TypeScript (Node.js) and/or Golang
✅ No junior mentoring or classic people development - the team is already senior
