Data Scientist – Applied AI for Real-World Impact
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid, 2 days per week)

You’ll take real ownership from concept to deployment, influence product direction, and see your models make a measurable difference in how organisations operate.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse and model large-scale behavioural and temporal datasets
- Build, validate, and deploy ML models for forecasting, classification, and behavioural prediction
- Develop scalable data pipelines and collaborate with engineering and product teams to operationalise models
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
What You Bring
- Strong academic background (STEM or data/AI-related field)
- 2+ years’ experience in applied data science or ML
- Skilled in Python (pandas, scikit-learn; PyTorch/TensorFlow a plus) and SQL
- Hands-on experience with real-world, messy datasets
- Curious, analytical, and motivated by practical impact
