Modern AI/ML stack (Python, SQL, Databricks, cloud-first infrastructure)

What you’ll do

• Analyse and model large-scale behavioural and temporal datasets
• Build, validate, and deploy predictive models (forecasting, classification, behavioural modelling)
• Design experiments and evaluate model performance using best-practice statistical methods
• Develop scalable data pipelines and collaborate with engineering & product teams to operationalise models
• Communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

What we’re looking for

• Strong academic background (STEM or data/AI-related field)
• Around 2+ years’ experience in applied data science, ML, or statistical modelling
• Skilled in Python (pandas, scikit-learn; PyTorch/TensorFlow a bonus) and SQL
• Experience working with real-world, messy datasets
• Curious, analytical, and driven to deliver data-driven impact
