The role

• Analyse and model large-scale behavioural & temporal datasets
• Build, validate, and deploy predictive models (forecasting, classification, behavioural modelling)
• Design experiments and evaluate model performance with statistical best practice
• Develop scalable pipelines and collaborate with product & engineering teams to get models into production
• Communicate insights and explainability clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• Strong academic background (STEM, data/AI-related field)
• ~2+ years’ experience in data science, applied ML, or statistical modelling
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow a plus) + SQL
• Experience working with real-world, messy datasets
• Curiosity, analytical thinking, and the drive to deliver insights with real impact
