💡 What You’ll Do
- Define and deliver the company-wide data science strategy
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing technical team
- Lead the design and deployment of production-grade ML systems
- Champion scientific rigour, reproducibility, and excellence in execution
- Collaborate with executives, scientists, and product leaders to drive innovation
- Represent the company at key AI and biomedical industry events
🔍 What You Bring
- A track record of building and scaling data science teams that deliver real impact
- Deep technical expertise in time-series ML, probabilistic modelling, or advanced analytics
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and modern ML tooling
- Experience translating research into deployed, production-ready solutions
- PhD (or equivalent) in a quantitative field
- 10+ years’ experience, with proven leadership across science and strategy
- Exceptional communication skills — able to bridge technical depth and business vision
