What you’ll do
- Set and execute a company-wide data science strategy
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team
- Oversee the design and deployment of production-scale ML systems
- Champion reproducibility, scientific rigour, and technical excellence
- Collaborate with executives, researchers, and external partners
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
What you bring
- Proven success scaling data science teams and delivering real-world impact
- Deep expertise in time-series ML, probabilistic modelling, and advanced analytics
- Strong programming background (Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, modern ML tools)
- Track record of taking research innovations into production
- PhD in a quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of progressive experience, including industry leadership
- Exceptional communicator and influencer across technical and strategic domains
