Customer Success Executive


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Success Executive to join a leading software company based from their Covent Garden office, you will be expected to go to the office twice a week. This leading organisation are looking for a Customer Success Executive who has experience of software sales and managing a wide variety of accounts. Ideally having experience of different size accounts.


To be successful in this position you will need to be well organised, a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills. It is also important that you are happy to get stuck into a wide range of tasks. You will be provided full training once on board. The interview process will be on-site, and they are looking for candidates to start ASAP.


Skills required for the Customer Success Executive are:

 - Previous experience of Software Sales

 - Knowledge of account management 

 - Good communication skills, written and verbal to interact with key stakeholders

Location: Covent Garden, London (2 days a week)

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
