Jake Edwards-Alley

Jake joined the Acceler8 Talent Sourcing team in September 2026, following his recent graduation from Loughborough University, where he studied Sport and Exercise Science, Physical Education and Coaching.
Drawing on his coaching background and experience from his degree, Jake takes a hands-on approach to candidate preparation, ensuring candidates feel confident, fully prepared and know exactly what to expect at every stage of the interview process.
Outside of work, Jake represents his hometown semi-professional football club, Tring Athletic, who compete in the English non-league football system.
His favourite part of the role so far has been the opportunity to connect with outstanding individuals across the pond and help them maximise the earning potential their talent deserves.
When he’s not working, you’ll usually find Jake in the gym, on the football pitch or enjoying a drink at the pub!
