Senior Rust Engineer | £130,000 + Equity

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Rust Engineer to support with the development of first-of-its-kind codebase AI tool.
We are on a path of expansion in 2023, following successful funding efforts; which are being used to support hiring and strategic European growth.
Our ideal candidate will write production grade Rust code and feel comfortable reviewing and making enhancements to existing code.
You will also be passionate about the influence of AI and be abreast of industry trends and developments.
As a Senior Rust Engineer, you will:
- Prototype new ideas and write high-quality Rust code
- Use state-of-the-art AI technology to create tools and systems
- Work collaboratively with the UK and European teams to review and plan project goals, as well as delivering on them
You must:
- Several years' experience coding in Rust
- Make weekly trips to the London office to attend collaborative planning sessions
- Be interested in AI and key tooling i.e. LLMs and similar
